How Compass Construction is Different: Celebrate

March is here, the hope of spring is out there in the ether coming ever so closer with each passing snowstorm, so why not celebrate?!? Celebrate is our final step in our process, YOUR COMPASS: The Remodeler’s Guide. This step is the culmination of everything we have done to this point and is the real reason you reached out to us in the first place: to have a newly remodeled space in your home! Let’s explore what the Celebrate step has to offer and how we got here!

The communication doesn’t stop when we near the end of the Construct phase - it actually ramps up! As we transition to completing your project, we’ll talk about any final touches that we need to do and we’ll explain any information that is necessary for you to best use and enjoy the products and features in your newly remodeled space. We want to make sure that once we do leave you know how to use and take care of everything! Along with that, we’ll leave you with a packet of all of this information as well as things like paint color used, etc.

Once we are finally out of your hair (it's okay to want us gone at this point) we have your newly remodeled space professionally cleaned because who wants to live through a remodel and then have to clean it all? We make it move-in ready!

But wait there’s more! We offer a one-year craftsmanship warranty on our projects. This covers anything that isn’t working quite right, or any touch ups required to maintain the beauty of the project. We make a point to keep in touch with you during this warranty period to check in and make sure all is well.

At the end of the day, we do all of this to make sure our service doesn’t end when we leave your property. Our main goal is to ensure your project continues to serve you for years to come. Our process might be different and, at times, feel long and maybe even unnecessary, but we know and feel, along with many previous clients, that this process leads to a fantastic result and eliminates a lot of the fears associated with tackling a remodel!

Because it's so important, let's review how we got here.

Our process, YOUR COMPASS: The Remodelers Guide, is just that: a guide through your remodel. We acknowledge that there are several concerns most people have when considering or completing a remodel such as design, how it will affect the rest of the home, how much it will cost, how long it will take, how to live through it, and the amount of decisions that need to be made. Our process addresses all of these. It starts with the connect phase, then concept, onto create, next up is construct, and finally celebrate. The consistent theme throughout our process is excellent communication, setting expectations, and breaking up the process into smaller, easier to manage chunks. This allows the time needed to discuss budget goals/feasibility, design your project to your needs, get a firm grasp of budget and schedule, complete the project with less stress because of the plans we have made, and finally celebrate!

We hope you have enjoyed learning more about our process! If this is your first time reading about it please feel free to go back and read the previous blogs where I break down each step. If you have an upcoming project you’re considering, please feel free to reach out and we can talk!

I also want to remind everyone that we are hiring and looking to add a great team member to continue to help us deliver excellent service and allow for awesome growth opportunities within our company!
