This light fixture is big and airy - two things that this space needed. The candelobra look of the fixture adds to the cozy element we are portraying through the remodel.

Choosing a dining table with a bench was a great idea for this dining room! Being open on two sides the bench offers a view that would not be obstructed by the back of two tall chairs.

With room to grow, this dining room has been offered optimal seating space.

With minimalistic design, light floor colors are most typically found. By choosing a flooring with multiple widths we were able to create a design element with having the neutral flooring.

A seamless flow from kitchen, to dining, to entry, and finally living room.

A pocket door was just what this bathroom needed to gain optimal storage space.

With the doorway into the hallway, we eliminated the wood trim and jamb - creating a more seamless entry.

We LOVE these new mirrors. Having lighting surface mounted on the mirror eliminates shadow lines when applying make-up, doing your hair, etc and it eliminates eye clutter of other forms of vanity lighting.
